24-Hours “Ask Me” Service Launches at Riyadh Airport

The Riyadh Airports company has launched an “Ask me” service at the international terminal of King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to assist arriving and departing passengers.

The company has recruited more than 80 fresh, multilingual Saudi graduates who have the necessary communication skills to respond to queries from international travellers.

Sami Al-Husseini, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company’s commercial section, said that six 24-hour reception counters have been opened at the airport’s two international terminals. A number of employees have also been deployed at arrival and departure halls to guide passengers, answer questions, and provide any assistance.
