96% satisfied with services offered by vaccination centers in Kingdom – Adaa

According to a survey conducted by the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa), over 96 percent of those who received the COVID-19 vaccination are satisfied with the services provided by the vaccination centers, highlighting the government’s outstanding efforts and determination to provide the best services to their beneficiaries and ensure their satisfaction.

Eng. Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Quoud, the Director-General of the Center, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support of the wise leadership to all government agencies to confront this pandemic in a high level of accuracy and achievement, noting that the positive results of the survey reflect the quality of government services provided to the beneficiaries.

He disclosed that the result of the survey, which was carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, was the outcome of 460,000 evaluations, covering more than 500 vaccine centers across the kingdom.
