Bahrain imposes 10-day quarantine for arrivals from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal

Bahrain’s National Medical Taskforce for Combating Coronavirus has announced that travelers arriving from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including transit travelers aged six and above, must adhere to a 10-day quarantine.

The National Medical Taskforce for Combating Coronavirus in the Kingdom updated procedures for passengers arriving from or transiting through these four countries on Tuesday.

Travelers from those countries must present a negative PCR test result certificate with a QR code no later than 48 hours before departure.

Additionally, they must conduct a PCR test upon arrival, a second PCR test for those staying longer than five days in Bahrain, and a third PCR test ten days after arrival for those staying longer than ten days in Bahrain.
