Saudi Arabia is extending the suspension of all domestic and international flights and workplace attendance until further notice, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The instructions have been issued as follows,
1. Extending suspension of attendance at workplaces in all government agencies, except for the excluded parties, until further notice.
2. Extending the suspension of attendance at workplaces in the private sector until further notice.
3. Extending the suspension of international flights (for passengers only) to the Kingdom, except in exceptional cases, until further notice.
4. Extending suspension of internal flights (for passengers), bus, taxi and train activity, until further notice.
Earlier this month, the kingdom temporarily suspended all international flights for two weeks from March 15, 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Saudi Arabia also suspended all public transport, including domestic flights, buses, trains and taxis for 14 days starting 21st March 2020.
As of today there were 1,203 Covid-19 cases reported in the Kingdom.
