GACA informs airlines about the resumption of international flights

Saudi Arabia’s Civil Aviation Authority (GACA) has notified all airlines operating at the kingdom’s airports that suspensions on international flights will be lifted completely and airports will be fully operational starting 31 March 2021, the Saudi Gazette reported, citing a circular issued by GACA.

However, the travel permit will not extend to countries where the concerned committee decides to suspend travel due to the coronavirus outbreak, GACA clarified.

The aviation authority said Saudi citizens will be allowed to travel outside and return to the Kingdom starting at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.
