King and Crown Prince donate SR 30 million to local charity platform Ehsan
Saudi Arabia’s King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have donated SR 30 million to charitable and non-profit organizations through the “Ehsan” Platform, according to state news agency SPA.
The “Ehsan” platform has been launched recently by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) as an integrated technology portal for managing donations. King Salman made an SR 20 million donation, while Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman made an SR 10 million contribution.
The president of SDAIA, Abdullah Bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, thanked Saudi leaders for their generous donations, which he described as an affirmation of “attention being paid by the state’s leadership through being in touch with citizens’ needs and expending for goodness ways.”
