Mandatory vaccination for workers in restaurants, salons and barbershops from May 15

Coronavirus vaccinations will be required for all workers in barbershops, salons, restaurants, cafes, and food outlets starting on May 15, according to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

Workers will be required to be vaccinated in order to protect public health and prevent the spread of the virus.

Those who do not receive vaccinations by the deadline must provide a negative PCR test result every seven days at the expense of the employer.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Sports and the Transport General Authority issued similar directives.
