NO BAN ON EXPATS LEAVING ON FINAL EXIT VISAS SAYS JAWAZAT

The Directorate General of Passports (Jawazat) recently clarified through their Twitter account that any resident expat left on a final exit visa without any remarks can return to Saudi Arabia anytime on a new visa.

Jawazat said in a statement: “Anyone who has left on a final exit visa on a regular basis, without any remarks against him, has the right to return on a new visa.”

There will be a three-year ban on those residents who left on an exit re-entry visa and did not return.
