Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health has announced that 98 percent of healthcare workers in the Kingdom’s vaccination centers have received their COVID-19 vaccines.
It was also announced that 93% of healthcare workers at “Tetamman” Clinics and “Takkad” Centers have been vaccinated.
According to the ministry, the total number of coronavirus vaccines administered to its healthcare personnel has surpassed 82 percent.
The ministry said the vaccination of healthcare workers falls within Saudi Arabia’s efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and is a reflection of its efforts to protect and enhance the healthcare system.
Saudi Arabia has so far administered more than 14 million COVID-19 vaccine doses via 590 vaccine sites.
