Starting this month, the Saudi Electricity Company will no longer issue paper bills.
The SEC will issue e-bills on the 28th of each Gregorian month.
The move follows a royal decree issued earlier this month mandating that utility bills be issued only after government employees have received their monthly salaries on the 27th of each Gregorian month.
Electricity bills can be accessed electronically through SEC channels, which include the company’s website (se.com.sa), its app “ALKAHRABA”, SMS services, and registered email.
