The holy month of Ramadan 2022 in Saudi Arabia will most likely begin on April 2, 2022, and end on May 1, according to Arabia Weather.

A study conducted by Arabia Weather showed that the crescent of Ramadan 2022-1443 will be visible after sunset on Friday, April 1, 2022, and astronomical calculations indicate that the central coupling (central new moon) will occur at dawn on Friday, April 1, 2022, at 03:24 am Makkah time.

The moon will remain visible in the sky of Makkah after sunset for 15 minutes, and the age of the crescent will be approximately 15 hours, which means that seeing the crescent will be possible. Therefore, it is expected that Ramadan will fall on Saturday, April 2, 2022, in all Arab countries.

The website also predicts that Eid-al-Fitr 2022 in Saudi Arabia is likely to fall on Monday, May 2, 2022.

The exact dates of Ramadan and Eid-al-Fitr will be confirmed closer to the dates based on moon sightings.
