Umrah Permit Service by Saudia
Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) announced that travelers can issue “Umrah Permits” through the Saudia website when booking tickets to Jeddah or Taif starting July 25.
According to Saudia, travelers can apply for Umrah permits after purchasing tickets on eligible flights, and the service is only available for flights to Jeddah and Taif.
Saudia also clarified that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will verify each applicant’s eligibility and that each applicant must use the same mobile number associated with his “Tawakkalna” or “Eatmarna” account.
The permit reservation will appear in the Tawakkalna and Umrah applications once the permit issuance procedures are completed. Saudia added that the traveler would also receive a text message with the permit details.
