Nusuk App Adds New Options for Praying at Rawdah Sharif

The Nusuk platform, operated by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has introduced two new features to simplify the process for pilgrims to book and pray at Rawdah Sharif in the Prophet’s Mosque, Madinah.

The first feature is an instant booking option. Pilgrims can book multiple visits to Rawdah Sharif throughout the year, as long as they are near the mosque and there is available capacity.

The second feature is a waitlist system. If slots are unavailable, pilgrims can join the waitlist and will be notified when a reservation becomes available.

The Nusuk app allows pilgrims to request permits for Umrah, prayers, and visits to the Two Holy Mosques. These permits are issued according to capacity rules set by the authorities to ensure a safe and organized experience for all visitors.

The platform is integrated with Tawakkalna, Saudi Arabia’s health status verification app, to confirm the eligibility of permit applicants.

For international pilgrims, the app simplifies the process of obtaining visas and other travel requirements through its 24/7 electronic services.

Nusuk is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play, offering a convenient way to book Umrah packages and visit programs electronically.
