Updated Indian Passport Fees in Saudi Arabia from July 2026

The Embassy of India in Riyadh has announced revised passport and passport-related service fees for Indian nationals in Saudi Arabia. The new charges came into effect on July 1, 2026, following a notification issued by the Government of India.  

The revised fees apply to fresh passports, passport renewals (re-issue), passports issued in place of lost or damaged passports, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), Emergency Certificates, Surrender Certificates and other passport-related services.

Discount for Certain Applicants

The Government of India continues to offer a 10% discount on the normal passport fee for fresh passport applications (not re-issue) for:

  • Children up to 8 years of age
  • Senior citizens aged above 60 years

Before You Apply

The Embassy of India has advised applicants to check the revised fee schedule before submitting their passport application. The updated fees are applicable from July 1, 2026, for all eligible passport and passport-related services in Saudi Arabia.
