How to Accept Transfer Request in Qiwa 

Employee approval is required for iqama transfers (sponsorship transfers) following the implementation of the Labor Reform Initiative (LRI) in Saudi Arabia. This article explains how can an employee accepts an employee transfer request sent by a new employer in Saudi Arabia via the Qiwa platform.

How to Accept a Transfer Request in Qiwa

Visit the Qiwa platform: https://qiwa.sa/

Select English.

Select “Sign in” from the top right corner of the page.

Enter your Qiwa username and password.

Enter the OTP received via SMS in your registered mobile number and click the “Sign in” button.

Select “Individual account.”

Click on “Transfer Request” under the “Employee Transfer” option.

Now you will be able to view the details of transfer request including request number, current establishment, transfer type, new establishment, request date and status.

Click on view to preview the request.

Before your approval, the status would be “PENDING FOR LABORER APPROVAL.”

You can view the employment contract by selecting the “view contract” option.

After reviewing employee contract check the box “I have read the Contract and Terms of service and agree to the transferred to this establishment.

Click on the “Accept the Request” button.

A new popup window will appear with a brief description of the transfer in the screen where you must click the “Accept the Request” button.

You have now successfully accepted the transfer request.

After you accept the request, the status will change to “Pending Completing Transfer In Absher by New Employer“.
