After the report is submitted, the lost items are gathered, organized, and recorded using a special system for lost items. They are then returned to their rightful owners.

- Visit the Absher portal: https://absher.sa/
- Select “electronic services.”
- Choose the electronic messaging and transactions system.
- Then, select the Grand Mosque’s security force.
- Provide details of the lost item and attach relevant documents or photos.
- Upon submission, a unique reference number for the report will be issued.
