Saudi Arabia Launches New Digital Platform for Hajj Permits: Tasreeh

The Ministry of Interior, in partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), has launched a new digital platform called Tasreeh. This platform will make it easier for people to get permits for Hajj.

What is the Tasreeh Platform?

Tasreeh is a unified online system that issues permits for entering Makkah and the holy sites during the Hajj season. It is meant for both local and international pilgrims, as well as for workers, volunteers, and vehicles involved in Hajj services.

How Does It Work?

Tasreeh is connected to other major platforms like Nusuk (used for Hajj and Umrah services) and Tawakkalna (Saudi Arabia’s national app). This makes it easy for users to see and manage their permits directly through their phones.

The platform also helps security agencies at Makkah’s entry points by allowing them to check permits quickly using the Maidan app.

Why Is It Important?

Tasreeh is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 plan, which aims to improve services for pilgrims. It helps all the different government departments work together more smoothly. This means better organization, less waiting, and a more comfortable experience for everyone involved in Hajj.

The goal is to make the holy journey easier, safer, and more organized for all pilgrims.

What It Means for You

If you’re planning to perform Hajj or work/volunteer during the season, you’ll now be able to apply for and view your permits digitally. This saves time and reduces paperwork.

Make sure to stay updated through the official platforms like Nusuk and Tawakkalna to benefit from this new system.
