2. What should be done if the fees for domestic workers’ Iqama are paid but the renewal is not completed?

Absher advises sponsors who have paid the renewal fees but have not yet finalized the process to log in to the platform and complete the renewal. Sponsors must go to the “Workers” section, select “Services,” and proceed with “Residence ID Renewal” to finish the process.

3. When can Iqamas for domestic workers be renewed?

Domestic workers’ Iqamas can be renewed when the remaining validity is less than 14 months. This extended window gives sponsors the flexibility to renew well in advance of expiration.

4. Can family members’ Iqamas be renewed while they are outside Saudi Arabia?
