Modification Charges
Business Class
In the business class, you can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before departure for a fee of 10% of your ticket price. Changes made between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure will incur a fee of 20% of the ticket price. For changes made less than 20 minutes before departure, a fee equivalent to 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
Economy Class
In the economy class, booking changes can be made for free up to 24 hours before departure. Modifications made between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure will deduct a fee of 10% of the ticket price. For changes made less than 20 minutes before departure, a fee equivalent to 100% of the ticket price will be charged.

Business Class
Cancellations for business class made up to 24 hours before departure will attract a fee of 20% of the ticket price. For cancellations made between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure, a fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged. Cancellations within 20 minutes of departure will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the ticket price.
Economy Class
Cancellations for economy class made up to 24 hours before departure are free. Cancellations between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure will incur a fee of 35% of the ticket price. Cancelling within 20 minutes of the scheduled departure time will result in a charge of 100% of the ticket price.
