Using this service you can switch your mobile number between network operators in Saudi Arabia. This means that you can port from STC to Mobily, Mobily to STC, Zain to STC, STC to Zain, Mobily to Zain, Mobily to Mobily, and so on.

Is it possible to change the mobile network online?

You cannot change your mobile phone line to another network online. To port your mobile number to another network, you have to go to the operator’s nearest outlet in person.

Procedure to Transfer Your Mobile Number to Another Network

Before initiating the MNP request, you must ensure that your current line is operational.

  • In order to port your line, visit the nearest office of the operator to which you wish to port.
  • For verification, present your original iqama
  • Select a suitable postpaid or prepaid plan.
  • You will be given an inactive SIM card, which will be activated upon approval from the current operator.
