The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) has announced the Eid Al-Fitr holiday for employees in the private and non-profit sectors in Saudi Arabia.
The holiday will begin at the end of working hours on Saturday, March 29, 2025 (Ramadan 29, 1446) and will last for four days.
HRSD emphasized that employers must follow Article 24, Paragraph 2 of the labor law’s executive regulations regarding holiday policies.
Eid Al-Fitr is a significant occasion for Muslims, marking the end of Ramadan. In Saudi Arabia, it is a joyous celebration filled with fireworks, cultural events, and public festivities, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
