To view your current employment contract on Qiwa, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Qiwa individual account.
  2. Go to ‘Services’ and select ‘Employment Contracts’.
  3. Select ‘Your current contracts’.
  4. Review your current employment contract(s).

How to Terminate a Current Employment Contract

You can terminate your employment contract at any time through your Qiwa account. It is essential to choose the appropriate reason for termination. Follow these steps to terminate your contract:

  1. Log in to your Qiwa individual account.
  2. Go to ‘Services’ and select ‘Employment Contracts’.
  3. Find the contract you want to terminate and select ‘Terminate contract’.
  4. Select the reason for contract termination and click ‘Next step’.
  5. Review the information provided and click ‘Send termination request’.
  6. Read the information provided on the ‘Thank you’ page. Your contract termination process has now started.

What Happens After Terminating the Contract?

After you terminate your contract, it will go through the termination process, and your employer will be notified. The subsequent steps depend on the type of termination:

  • End Date of Notice Period: Your contract will be terminated after the notice period is over.
  • Request to Reduce Notice Period: You will have to wait for your employer to accept the proposed termination date. Once accepted, your contract will be terminated on the agreed-upon date.
  • During Probation Period: Your contract will be terminated immediately.

  • Select the date of notice period reduction. Remember, you can request a notice period reduction only once per contract. Click ‘Next step’.
  • Review the information provided and click ‘Send request’.
  • Read the information provided on the ‘Thank you’ page. Wait for the employer’s approval of the requested notice period reduction.

If you need to reduce the notice period after terminating the contract on Qiwa without requesting the reduction, you need to contact your employer directly.
