The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has stopped issuing paper bills.

It is always important to pay electricity bills on-time, otherwise, the SEC may disconnect your line.

How to get SEC eBill through email

Visit https://www.se.com.sa/en-us/Customers/Pages/EBill.aspx 

Enter your 11 digit SEC Account number

Provide email id

Then press the register button.

Finished, you will receive a confirmation message in your email and then every month 28th you will receive an eBill from the Saudi Electricity Company.
