BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR BIRTH REGISTRATION / BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Here’s How to Book an Appointment with the Ahwal Madani for Birth Registration for your newborn baby (If Birth Is in KSA)

First, make ready the following documents with you

1- Original Birth Certificate from the Hospital, where the baby was born

2- Both Father and Mother’s Original Iqama’s and Copies

3- Both Father and Mother’s Original Passports and Copies

4- If the appointment is 30 days of baby’s birth you will have to pay SAR 50.00 as a late penalty. This amount can be paid at the counter where you are going to get your birth certificate

Note – You must select your nearest center for appointment otherwise they may reject your application

 

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR BIRTH REGISTRATION

Visit https://www.moi.gov.sa (MINISTRY OF INTERIOR WEBSITE)

Click ELECTRONIC INQUIRIES

Select CIVIL AFFAIRS from the drop-down menu

Select BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

 

 

Provide IQAMA NUMBER and DATE OF BIRTH then press view my details

 

 

Click on PROCEED TO SERVICE

 

 

Select تسجيل واقعة ميلاد

Select your REGION

Press NEXT Button

 

 

Select your nearest centre

 

 

 

Chose your convenient time

 

Click on CONFIRM APPOINTMENT DETAILS

Finished.  Now you can take a printout of appointment confirmation and go to Selected MINISTRY OF HEALTH center to get the BIRTH CERTIFICATE

 

HOW TO GET THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR NEWBORN IN KSA

Go to the MINISTRY OF HEALTH center with the following documents

1- Copy of Appointment

2- Both parents Original and Copies of IQAMA

3- Both Parents Original and Copies of PASSPORT

4- Original Birth Certificate from the Hospital

5- If the appointment date is 30 days of baby’s birth SR 50 as a late penalty

Go there on time and show your documents with an appointment confirmation copy, they will give you one application fill-up form, you will have to fill up from there (form in Arabic)

Go to the payment counter (if you have to pay a late penalty)

then you will get a token number and wait for your number.

The entire process will not take more than 30 minutes.

For over 2 weeks, I am trying for Riyadh-Nasiryah branch and I keep on getting error “Sorry, there are no appointment available, for booking at this point of time, Please try again later.”

I dont get why the application online when translate in english, still the selection of transaction in some area is written in arabic
