How to Register in Nusuk App

To register for the Nusuk app, follow the steps below:

  • Download the Nusuk app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Open the app and select English.
  • Click on “New User” to create an account.
  • Select your status as Citizen or Resident, Gulf or Visitor.
  • If you are an Iqama holder, select the “Citizen or Resident” option, then provide your mobile number, email, city of residence, date of birth, and set a password.
  • You will receive an activation code on your mobile. Enter the code to activate your Nusuk app account.

  • If you are a visit visa holder, select the “Visitor” option, enter your visa number, passport number, and date of birth, choose nationality, provide an international mobile number, and email address, set a new password, and check the agreement boxes.
  • Click “Register“, and an OTP will be sent to your email address.
  • Enter the OTP to activate your account and use the Nusuk Umrah app.

How to Get Umrah Permit via Nusuk App

Update: Saudi Arabia has limited one Umrah permit for each person during Ramadan to ease congestion and provide opportunities for all other pilgrims to perform Umrah.

To get an Umrah permit through the Nusuk app, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Nusuk app and log in with your ID number (visitor passport number) and password.
  2. On the main screen, select “Umrah” under the Holy Mosque Services.
  3. Your name will be displayed on the next screen. Select and click on the “Continue” button.
  4. A calendar will appear where you can select your desired date and time for Umrah. Available dates and time slots will show in green, while unavailable ones will be in red.
  5. Check the agreement box and click on the “Issue permit” button.
  6. Your Umrah permit will be issued instantly, and you can view it by selecting the “Permits” option in the bottom menu.
  7. If you need to cancel a permit for any reason, you can do so by clicking on the “Cancel” option at the bottom of your permit.

How to Get Rawdah Permit via Nusuk App

  1. Launch the Nusuk app and log in to your account.
  2. On the home screen, navigate to the Prophet’s Mosque Services section and choose “Praying in the Noble Rawdah.”
  3. Your name will be displayed on the subsequent screen. Select it and click on the “Continue” button.
  4. A calendar will appear, allowing you to select your preferred date and time for visiting Rawdah Sharif. Available slots will be highlighted in green, while unavailable slots will be shown in red.
  5. Check the agreement box and click on the “Issue permit” button.
  6. Your Rawdah permit will be instantly issued, and you can access it by selecting the “Permits” option in the bottom menu.
  7. If you need to cancel a permit for any reason, click on the “Cancel” option located at the bottom of your permit.
