  1. Log in to Absher: Visit www.absher.sa and sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Services: Go to the homepage, click on Electronic Services, then select My Services.
    • Choose General Services.
    • Click on Absher Reports.
    • Select Request a Report and pick Criminal Records Report.
  3. Review Your Details: Your details, such as name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, and ID number, will automatically populate from your Absher account.
  4. Specify the Purpose: Choose why you need the report (e.g., visa, immigration, investment). If it’s for immigration, select the destination country and proceed.
  5. Submit and Wait: Submit your request. Processing is quick, and your report is usually ready within one working day.

  • First-time issuance: Free through Absher.
  • Subsequent requests: SAR 57.70, payable online.

How to Download and Print the Certificate

Once your application is approved:

  1. Log back into the Absher portal.
  2. Go to Absher Reports and view your previous requests.
  3. Click View Certificate to download and print your PCC.

Delivery Option

If you prefer, you can request delivery to your registered National Address.

  • Delivery fee: SAR 17.
