King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh launches a WhatsApp chatbot service (920020090)for flight and airport-related inquiries. Travellers can now use this service to get information about flights, taxi services, shuttle buses, and other services. The entirely automated service is available in both English and Arabic.

The service can be accessed through the following link: http://wa.me/966920020090

To benefit from the service, you can send your inquiry with one or two words, such as ‘Dubai,’ Riyadh to Jeddah,’ ‘SV117,’ or the country’s flag 🇦🇪. Additionally, the WhatsApp service will also give you the following list of options upon your entry.
