Medical Report for New Iqama
Once an expatriate landed in Saudi Arabia on a residence visa (both workers and dependents), he had to obtain a medical test report from any of the authorized medical centers to apply for an Iqama or residence permit.
To avail the medical report for iqama, you can go to the nearest authorized hospital or polyclinic with the following documents:
- Copies of Passport
- Visa Copy (Visa page of Passport)
- A passport size photograph
- Fee: Approx. SR 200
The medical center will take your X-Ray test, blood, urine, and stool. Once the checkup is completed, you can check your medical report status on the EFADA website from the following link:

Enter your “BORDER NUMBER“
Enter the “SPONSOR ID“
Select “Iqama Issuance” and click on the “Search” button.
You will be able to see the status of your medical report.
