How Does It Work?

The process is very simple, making bill payments is quick. Here’s how:

  1. Find Your Nearest Deposit Machine: Locate the nearest deposit machine of the aforementioned banks.
  2. Initiate the Process: Wake the machine by pressing any button.
  3. Language Selection: For your convenience, select English to ensure that you follow the instructions correctly.
  4. Go to Bill Payments: From the main menu, choose the ‘Bill Payment’ option to proceed.
  5. Select the Bill Category: Specify the type of bill you wish to pay by selecting the appropriate category.
  6. Enter Your Bill Number: Key in the bill number for the specific bill you’re paying.
  7. Deposit Your Payment: Insert the cash into the machine. If your bill amount does not round up to an even number, feel free to deposit in round figures. For example, if your electricity bill is 190 riyals, depositing 200 riyals will automatically adjust your next bill by the 10 riyals overpayment.
  8. Collect Your Receipt: Don’t forget to take the receipt as proof of your transaction.

In summary, paying your bills at SADAD-enabled ATMs offers a convenient, efficient, and card-free method to manage your payments. By following the straightforward steps outlined in this article, you can enjoy the ease of settling your bills without the traditional banking requirements.
