Did you know that you can effortlessly pay your bills at SADAD-enabled ATMs without the need for an ATM card or bank account? In this article, we’ll guide you through the simple steps to utilize this convenient feature, making your bill payments smoother and more accessible than ever.

Where Is This Service Available?

You can avail of this helpful service at deposit machines belonging to:

  • SNB (Al Ahli Bank)
  • Riyad Bank

How Does It Work?

The process is very simple, making bill payments is quick. Here’s how:

  1. Find Your Nearest Deposit Machine: Locate the nearest deposit machine of the aforementioned banks.
  2. Initiate the Process: Wake the machine by pressing any button.
  3. Language Selection: For your convenience, select English to ensure that you follow the instructions correctly.
  4. Go to Bill Payments: From the main menu, choose the ‘Bill Payment’ option to proceed.
  5. Select the Bill Category: Specify the type of bill you wish to pay by selecting the appropriate category.
  6. Enter Your Bill Number: Key in the bill number for the specific bill you’re paying.
  7. Deposit Your Payment: Insert the cash into the machine. If your bill amount does not round up to an even number, feel free to deposit in round figures. For example, if your electricity bill is 190 riyals, depositing 200 riyals will automatically adjust your next bill by the 10 riyals overpayment.
