Penalties for Not Renewing Iqama

According to the General Directorate of Passports, the following are the applicable penalties for not renewing Iqama on-time.

Penalty for first time

Employers will have to pay a fine of SR 500 if they fail to renew Iqama for the first time.

Second-time Penalty

The fine will be increased to SR 1,000 if the delay is committed for the second time.

Third-time Penalty

An expat worker can be deported with an SR 1,000 penalty in the event of a third time.

Im terminated and got released from my employer but unfortunately still not able to look for another job. My iqama now is expired and since I still not look for another job my company put me in horoob status. My question is…. can I still renew my iqama, can the company can removed my huroob status and renew my iqama if I found the job.

I almost two years here but i dont have an iqama…
