Saudi Arabia’s Musaned platform executed 84,802 domestic worker recruitment contracts during June 2026, while continuing to expand recruitment services for employers across the Kingdom.
The platform currently allows the recruitment of domestic workers from 39 countries and offers access to 152,009 worker CVs through its online portal.
Philippines Records Highest Recruitment Cost
According to Musaned, the Philippines recorded the highest average recruitment cost at SAR 14,299, including VAT. Sri Lanka followed with an average cost of SAR 13,821.
Among lower-cost recruitment destinations, the average fees were:
- Bangladesh: SAR 7,097
- Kenya: SAR 5,716
- Tanzania: SAR 5,601
- Burundi: SAR 5,258
- Uganda: SAR 4,887
- Ethiopia: SAR 3,946
Recruitment Arrival Time
The average arrival time for domestic workers ranged between 45 and 59 days, depending on the source country.
Uganda recorded the shortest average arrival time at 45 days, while Tanzania had the longest average at 59 days.
Other average arrival times include:
- Ethiopia: 50 days
- Kenya: 52 days
- Sri Lanka: 52 days
- Philippines: 54 days
- Bangladesh: 55 days
- Burundi: 55 days
Three New Recruitment Countries Added
Musaned also announced the addition of Sierra Leone, Somalia, and The Gambia to its list of approved recruitment source countries.
The expansion is intended to provide employers with more recruitment options, improve service flexibility, and strengthen access to domestic workers through the platform.
