SR 1000 Penalty to Cancel Expired Final Exit Visa

If a resident does not leave the country after being issued a Final Exit Visa during the 60-day validity period, he will be fined SR 1,000 says Jawazat.  

Jawazat also said the conversion of a visit visa to a Resident visa (Iqama) is forbidden according to regulations.

Once issued “Exit/Reentry Visa” cannot be changed. However, it can be cancelled and a new one issued after paying the required fee again, Jawazat added.
