How to upload vaccine certificate to MOH website

MOH Vaccine Registration

Saudi citizens and residents can now register coronavirus vaccine doses obtained from outside the Kingdom at the Ministry of Health’s website. The same will be reflected in the Tawakkalna app. MOH corona vaccine registration can be done by visiting the Ministry of Health’s website.

Ensure that the following conditions are met prior to uploading vaccine certificates to the MOH website.

  • The vaccination certificate must be in PDF format and not exceed 1 MB in size.
  • Personal information must be specified in the certificate.
  • The certificate must be in Arabic, English, French, or translated into Arabic
  • The certificate must include the name, date, and batch number of the vaccine.

A copy of the applicant’s passport and vaccination certificate obtained from outside the kingdom will also be required for the application.

Registration can be done by visiting the following link: https://eservices.moh.gov.sa/CoronaVaccineRegistration/.

A new application cannot be uploaded while another is pending, and processing an application could take up to five working days.

Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford-AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen are among the vaccines currently approved in the Kingdom.
