Saudi Arabia deported more than 49,500 residency, labour and border security violators during four consecutive weeks of nationwide inspection campaigns.
Official Ministry of Interior figures show that 49,554 violators were deported during the four reporting periods.
Weekly deportations stood at 12,292, 11,800, 12,211 and 13,251, respectively.
During the latest week alone, security authorities arrested 14,970 violators across the Kingdom. They included 7,437 residency violators, 3,991 border security violators and 3,542 labour law violators.
Authorities also arrested 1,626 people while attempting to enter Saudi Arabia illegally and 33 others while trying to leave the Kingdom illegally during the past week.
A further 18 people were arrested for transporting, sheltering or employing violators and helping them evade enforcement measures.
The Ministry of Interior warned that anyone who facilitates the illegal entry, transportation, accommodation or employment of violators, or provides them with any form of assistance, may face severe penalties, including imprisonment, substantial fines and confiscation of vehicles or property used in the offence.
